Yoga For Beginners
It is our firm belief that yoga should be inclusive, accessible and above all...fun! It's a wonderful practice that provides many physical, mental and spiritual benefits - it has the potential to change your life for the better and most definitely should not be restricted only to those people who can touch their toes or perform a handstand.
We ensure that our yoga classes are welcoming and open to practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience of yoga. We strip the practice back to its basics of breath, foundation and alignment to create a safe and supportive environment. And we build each yoga pose in stages to offer students various options and modifications, ensuring that yoga practice is accessible to students of all levels.

Beginners Yoga Courses
We also teach beginners yoga courses that introduce beginner yoga students to all of the fundamental aspects of hatha yoga - providing a solid foundation in the practice and giving students the confidence and ability to develop their yoga practice further.
